The Lighthouse
Went to The Lighthouse for breakfast but I guess we were too late. I saw a sign upon entering that said “breakfast served” but apparently by the time the waitress made it to our table it had been erased. Had a patti melt and fries which were ok but I found it curious that we had to ask for napkins and silverware (considering they were not busy at that time.) The waitress was apologetic and said she was new but I felt a little irritated again when the water I asked for never came. It was probably just my mood since The Kid was being a little shit and I didn’t get much sleep last night.
Give it another chance. Remember, the season is just starting! Besides, where else is as easy to walk to from Edgewater?
Do you ever go to Tweeters? That’s a great place to eat. Didn’t get there much last year after it burned down but up and running again!
